Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), CUSTOM PRODUCTS (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Our products are:

· Custom-made to order

· Unique and personalized

· Non-returnable due to hygiene and quality control reasons

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions in rare cases, but these will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before glitter colors are purchased. Glitter colors are usually purchased the same day the invoice is received.
